They are leaders in their homes, classrooms, churches, communities, and teams. They have shown a resilience to continually overcome challenges, while keeping community service and educational advancement as their top priorities. They are mentors, listeners, and researchers, who are never content and always seeking more knowledge. Their life experiences and their understanding of their responsibility to those that came before them motivates them to press forward when others would give up.
