Policies
Late Policy
There is a Ten(10) minute grace period for appointments, any client that is more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $25 fee. After 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance there is no charge. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance there is a 50% charge of the cost of the service.
No Show Policy
if a client does not show for an appointment, there will be a charge of 100% of the service to the card on file.
